Account deletion

Delete your LittleSafe account.

You can delete your account inside the app or request deletion by email. This page is public so it can be used for Google Play account deletion review.

Request deletion by email

Email info@littlesafe.app from the email address used for your LittleSafe account. Use the subject line "Delete my LittleSafe account".

Delete in the app

  1. Open LittleSafe.
  2. Go to Settings.
  3. Choose Delete account.
  4. Confirm the deletion prompt.

What is deleted

Account deletion removes your LittleSafe profile and app data associated with your authenticated account, including profile details, trip history, notification history, subscription records stored in LittleSafe, family membership, invite records you control, and related child profile data when deletion cascades through your owned family records.

What may remain

Some information may remain where required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, store billing, or dispute-resolution purposes. Apple, Google Play, and RevenueCat may retain subscription and purchase records under their own policies. You must cancel active subscriptions through the App Store or Google Play to stop future billing.

Timing

In-app deletion is processed immediately when the backend function succeeds. Email requests are reviewed and processed after we verify account ownership.
