LittleSafe Terms

Reminder tool only

LittleSafe is a reminder tool for parents and caregivers. It is not a child-detection system, emergency service, vehicle sensor, medical device, or guarantee that harm will be prevented. You are responsible for checking your vehicle before leaving.

Use of the app

You agree to use LittleSafe lawfully and only with accounts, family members, children, contact details, and photos that you are authorized to provide. You are responsible for keeping your device, permissions, and app settings current.

Permissions and reliability

LittleSafe depends on device permissions, operating-system behavior, battery settings, network conditions, and app configuration. iOS and Android may delay, limit, or stop background activity. Notifications may be delayed or blocked. Do not rely on LittleSafe as your only safety measure.

Subscriptions

LittleSafe may offer a 3-day free trial followed by a monthly subscription. Payment, renewal, cancellation, refunds, and billing account management are handled by Apple or Google Play, depending on where you subscribe. Store terms may also apply.

Family access

Family owners and invited members may share household data inside the app. Only invite people who should access your family safety profile.

Changes

We may update these terms as LittleSafe changes. Continued use after updates means you accept the updated terms.
